Having trouble with your room code?
Most codes work first go. If yours doesn't, work through these steps.
Enter the full code
- Type every digit of the code shown in your booking, then press #.
- The # at the end is required — without it the door won't open.
- Wake the keypad first with a light touch, then enter the code steadily.
- If you mistype, wait a few seconds and start again from the first digit.
Check your booking times
- Your code only works from your check-in time until check-out.
- Make sure you're at the room number shown on your booking.
- Open your booking page again to confirm the code and room.

The property phone number is on your booking confirmation page. They can help with the door, the room, or anything on site.
