Cancellation Policy

Each property sets its own cancellation terms, shown on the property page and again on your booking confirmation before you pay.

Unless the property states otherwise, bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before check-in are refunded in full, and bookings within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Once your access period has started, the stay can no longer be cancelled online. Contact the property or Roadside Rooms support and we will help where we can.

You can view and cancel an eligible booking any time from the secure Manage Booking link in your confirmation.
